The Grove by Lemon Tree Co. an artisan sandwich shop offering sandwiches and salads -with a twist. Our innovative sandwiches bring together high-quality ingredients into interesting flavor combinations that excite adventurous palates. At The Grove by Lemon Tree Co., you’ll be able to taste the freshness, especially in our plant-forward offerings made with our vegan friends in mind. All sauces, dressings, and veggies are made daily in our scratch kitchen, and are safe for our gluten-free friends. We cannot wait for you to try our sandwiches with a twist!
The Austin based Peached Tortilla launched as a food truck in 2010 with a focus on Asian and Southern inspired street food. Since then, Peached has continued to focus on modern Asian flavors, featuring such hits as the Southern Fun (a new take on chow fun), Dan Dan Noodles, Pork Belly Buns and Crispy Umami Chicken Wings. The brand currently spans multiple food trucks, a full-service catering operation, two brick-and-mortar restaurants and a sister restaurant, Bar Peached.

The menu is refined with an attention to detail that nods to Chef Lincoln Carson’s lineage working in internationally-acclaimed restaurants. Lincoln is a 2020 James Beard Award Nominee for best pastry chef in America.
Tokyo Hot Chicken is a pop-up from the culinary minds of Chef Michael Mina and MINA Group. Hot Chicken meets Japanese Karaage, Tokyo Hot Chicken is the best of two worlds, combining the Nashville Classic with Japanese flavors and ingredients. This unique concept delivers food that has bold flavors, and that is satisfying and crave worthy. The Tokyo Hot Chicken menu features buckets of chicken (a mix of drums, wings, thighs); chicken tenders; and a hand-held togarashi chicken snacker served with a kimchi slaw and spicy kewpie. Tokyo Hot Chicken also offers a menu of signature dipping sauces, such as Chukka Tare with soy, sesame, chili; the Yum Yum Sauce with kewpie and furikake; Yuzu Kosho Honey; Matcha Sea Salt; and our signature Tokyo Secret Hot sauce with chili and yuzu. To round out the menu, Tokyo Hot Chicken offers a delicious menu of sides. Favorites include the Furikake French Fries; Togarashi ‘Parker’ Rolls; Wasabi Mashed Potatoes; Red Miso Corn; and Marinated Cucumbers and Watermelon.
Omakase is the latest culinary vision of Sushi Chef Ichiro Takao. Chef Ichiro was born in Osaka, known as ‘the kitchen of Japan’, then moved to a nearby seaside town of Kushimoto which is where his life long culinary journey began. Starting as a teen in the kitchen of his family’s 400 seat ocean front restaurant, he worked long hours observing the best of what each of his chef parents skills could offer. Chef Ichiro was trained in the Western Japanese style of sushi, known as ‘Osaka Style’ and known for its tenderness, natural balance of sweet and spicy, and a rich depth of flavors.

Crave understands that marketing is unique to individual markets. Crave provides local PR, social and digital marketing strategies and employs dedicated marketing teams in each market in order to support and deliver your messaging on brand in local channels.
Crave also provides local PR to create and support local campaign management and messaging specific to your brand.
Crave understands hospitality and knows the challenges of replacing the “server” experience in a restaurant. All Mobile Servers are w-2 employees and bring a server level of training, dedication and engagement to the delivery experience - Apron and all!
